Our Privacy Policy in Plain Language
Snugg is built with end-to-end encryption. This fundamentally limits what we can provide to anyone—including law enforcement.
Due to our encryption architecture, we cannot provide meaningful user content even if legally compelled to do so. We do not have access to your posts, messages, photos, or any encrypted content.
Our Commitments
- We will challenge any legal request that is overly broad, vague, or lacks proper legal foundation
- We will notify users of requests for their data unless legally prohibited from doing so
- We will publish all legal requests we receive (when legally permitted) in our transparency report
- We will only provide the minimum data required by law and will push back on requests for more
